Historic Democratic Victories

Familia,

Last night’s General Election delivered decisive results, as voters turned out in record numbers and handed Democrats important victories across the country up and down the ballot.

At the Hamilton Campaign Network, we’re proud of the races we ran and the candidates we supported throughout New York and New Jersey.

In New York State, our continued partnership with the Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee (DACC) helped secure a decisive win for Michael Cashman in the special election for Assembly District 115 — preserving the supermajority for Speaker Carl Heastie.

In New York City, we were honored to lead the re-election campaign for our friend Lynn Schulman, who defeated a MAGA Republican opponent running a divisive and unprincipled campaign. Congratulations, Lynn.

We also partnered with Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, managing digital outreach for his successful re-election effort. Congratulations, BP Richards.

In New Jersey, we expanded on past successes with the Passaic County Democrats by leading field operations for their full slate — helping elect Mikie Sherrill to the Governor’s mansion and Passaic County Commissioners Mike Ramaglia and Christina Schratz.

In Westchester County, Chairman of the Board of Legislators Vedat Gashi won re-election with his highest vote count of his career. Likewise, Legislator Terry Clements fended off her opponent to return as a senior ranking member of the Westchester County Board of Legislators. We served as general consultant on both of these races.

We helped Dems deliver a sweep in the Town of Pelham, electing Theresa Mohan (Town Supervisor), Michael Jenks (Town Councilmember), Kara McLoughlin (re-elected Town Councilmember), Eileen Miller (Town Clerk), and Erica Winter (Receiver of Taxes).

And for the second time in Pelham Manor history, Democrats took one Trustee seat, with two additional contested races too close to call. Congratulations to Debbie Winstead (Trustee) and we look forward to seeing Mark Cardwell win as Mayor and Ryan Kurtz as Trustee.

Finally, on Long Island, we were proud to run the digital campaign for Glen Cove mayoral candidate Marsha Silverman, who ran a values-driven race.

We congratulate all of our clients — true champions for their communities who worked tirelessly to earn every vote. We look forward to what’s ahead for them and for the people they serve.

Now let's go out there and keep building on this momentum.

Siempre,

The Hamilton Campaign Network
